Terms of service

These terms apply when you use accountantseo.company or buy a plan, a content plan or a website from Accountant SEO Company. Sending the engagement form is a request; an engagement begins when you pay the payment link we email after confirming the fit.

Services and prices

Plans, content plans and their prices are published on the pricing page. Website design and reputation work are quoted in writing before any charge. The price on your payment link is the published price for the plan you confirmed.

Billing and cancellation

Monthly plans renew each cycle until you cancel. Cancel by email to support@accountantseo.company before the next cycle begins and no further charge is made. One-time plans are a single project at the listed price. Work already delivered in a paid cycle isn't refunded, and links built during the engagement remain where they were placed.

No guaranteed results

Search rankings, traffic, inquiries and new clients depend on factors outside anyone's control, including search engines, competitors and your market. We don't guarantee any position, volume or outcome. We report the work we did, line by line, every month.

Your part

• Give us the access the work needs (website and Google Business Profile) and keep it current.
• Review and approve profile text, page copy and review replies before they are published. You remain responsible for your firm's compliance with the professional rules that apply to it, including your state board, the AICPA code where it applies, and Circular 230.
• Don't send us client records or tax return information; the work doesn't require them.

Our part

We do the work described for your plan within its stated turnaround, keep your data and plans confidential from other clients, use only methods consistent with search engine and review-platform guidelines as we understand them, and answer email within one business day.

Ownership

Your website, domain, Google Business Profile and the content written for your site belong to you. Our report formats, tools and methods remain ours.

Not professional advice

Accountant SEO Company is a marketing service. Nothing on this site or in our work is legal, tax or accounting advice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Changes don't apply retroactively to a cycle you have already paid for.
