Privacy policy

This policy covers accountantseo.company and the forms, meeting requests and chat assistant on it. The short version: we collect what you type into a form, use it to answer you, and keep no analytics or advertising trackers.

What we collect

• Forms (free firm review, engagement form, contact form, meeting request): the details you enter, such as your name, email, firm name, website, market, the plan you chose, your preferred meeting time and phone number if you asked us to call, and any note.
• Chat assistant: the assistant is scripted and runs in your browser. Your clicks and typed questions stay in your browser tab (session storage) unless you choose to send a question to the team, in which case we receive your name, email, optional website, the question and the path of the conversation.
• Technical data: our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. We run no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

Please don't send client records, tax return information or other confidential details through the site. We don't need them for anything we do.

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare the review or quote you asked for, arrange a meeting, send a payment link when you begin an engagement, and keep a record of the request. We also add your contact to a private list as a backup copy of the request. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share one client's details with another.

Who processes it for us

• Brevo sends our notification and reply emails and stores the contact list.
• Cloudflare runs the Turnstile spam check on our forms and routes email sent to our address.
• Vercel hosts the website and runs the form endpoints.

Each processes data under its own privacy terms, only as needed to provide its service to us.

Cookies and storage

The site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare Turnstile may set what it needs to tell people from bots when a form loads. The chat assistant keeps the current conversation in session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab.

Do Not Track: this site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. It has no advertising or analytics tracking.

How long we keep it

Form requests and correspondence are kept as long as needed to answer and serve you, and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. Ask us to delete them and we will, unless we must keep something for a legal or billing reason.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask to be removed from our list, by writing to support@accountantseo.company. We answer within one business day and act on the request promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
